1. Excessive pressure between rubber rollers will increase the friction between them, causing them to heat up, increasing the compression and expansion between them, accelerating the aging and deformation of the rollers, and accelerating the emulsification process of ink and water, which is not conducive to the transfer of ink.
The solution is that the pressure between the rubber rollers should be basically the same as the pressure on the contact surface. The experience is to insert a 1500 thread, 3cm wide plug between the rubber rollers and feel a certain tension.
After scrubbing, wipe again with a clean cloth and install the rubber roller on the machine for future use.
2. The treatment of crystallization on the surface of rubber rollers, which seals the pores on the surface of the rollers, will cause the rollers to lose their ink affinity, resulting in uneven ink distribution and easy emulsification.
The solution is to remove the rubber roller from the machine, place it flat on the rack, use a cloth ball to stick kerosene and pumice powder on the surface of the rubber roller, wipe off the crystalline layer on the surface of the rubber roller evenly with force, expose the rubber color of the original rubber roller, then clean the kerosene and pumice powder remaining on the rubber roller with car wash water or gasoline, reinstall and adjust the pressure of the rubber roller.
3. Maintenance of bearings on rubber rollers During high-speed machine operation, the wear of bearings on rubber rollers is very obvious, especially if the operator pays attention to the maintenance cloth of pile bearings, the wear will be more severe. After the bearings of the rubber roller are damaged to a certain extent, friction and compression of the rubber roller will occur, which will shorten the service life of the rubber roller and cause the phenomenon of "ink and water marks" in the printed product. Therefore, operators are required to remove the rubber roller every week, lubricate the bearings, and replace bearings with severe wear and poor rotation to ensure the normal use of the rubber roller.
4. The impact of rubber roller stacking in the workshop environment: In hot and humid weather and dusty environments, the high-speed operation of the machine causes the surface temperature of the rubber roller to continuously rise, and the rubber roller expands due to heat, increasing the friction force of the rubber roller and shortening its service life.
